- Content you provide: Notes, reflections, feedback, testimonials, messages, Plans, or other information you choose to enter into Centergy.
- Activity information: Information about how you use Centergy, such as pages visited, features used, interactions, timestamps, habit activity, ratings, feedback, and other engagement information.
- Technical information: Information needed to operate and secure the service, which may include device, browser, session, log, cookie, and similar technical data.
How We Use Your Information
We may use information you provide and information generated through your use of Centergy to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve Centergy.
- Personalize habits, Plans, resources, content, recommendations, reminders, coaching, and other experiences.
- Understand the relative importance of your choices, including the order in which you rank preferences and priorities.
- Help determine what information, action, resource, or opportunity may be most useful to you.
- Provide requested communication such as email, text messages, reminders, security notices, and account-related messages.

- Respond to feedback and improve Centergy using UFICE principles.

Personalization, Matching, and Recommendations
A core purpose of Centergy is to use information you voluntarily provide to make the platform more relevant to you.
For example, Centergy may use your ranked preferences, priorities, Desires, Current Reality, Focus Areas, habits, Lens, interests, and prior interactions to decide which habits, resources, content, Providers, coaches, communities, products, services, or opportunities are most relevant.
When Centergy performs this type of matching, the goal is to use your information inside the Centergy system to determine relevance rather than giving an outside advertiser or business ownership of your underlying personal profile.
Sharing and Service Providers
Centergy may use third-party companies and technology providers when they are needed to operate the service. These may include services supporting hosting, databases, authentication, communications, email, SMS, artificial intelligence, security, analytics, payments, or similar infrastructure.
Information may also be shared when necessary to provide a feature or relationship you intentionally use, such as interaction with a Centergy Provider, coach, accountability partner, or other authorized participant.
Access should be limited to information reasonably needed for that purpose and subject to the controls available within Centergy.
- We do not sell your personally identifiable profile to advertisers as a customer list.
- Information may be disclosed when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
- Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect Centergy, its users, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
Aggregate and De-Identified Information
Centergy may analyze patterns across users to understand what people want, what challenges they face, what habits they adopt, what resources are useful, and what approaches appear to help.
We may use, share, license, or commercialize aggregate or de-identified information when it is structured so that it is not intended to identify an individual user.
